This island cottage, placed perfectly near the beaches of Anna Maria, is a treat for the eyes. Inside you’ll find a living room decorated with a beachy theme, both spacious and inviting. Relax in style while watching the flat screen TV, as this living area has a large loveseat, and three armchairs. The kitchen is well equipped for your stay, with updated appliances and plenty of counter space. Perfect for preparing, serving, and enjoying your meals.

While “Anna Maria Cottage” is a sight to behold on the inside, it's exterior is equally stunning. The Florida-style home has a covered wraparound porch, perfect for lounging in the island breeze. There you can take in the tropical landscaping that surrounds you. The backyard is a traveler's dream come true, covered with pavers and a wide variety of palm trees. Take a swim in the private heated pool or relax on one of the surrounding lounge chairs beneath the shade of island palms. There is also an indoor tropical cabana on the grounds, complete with bar. Have a drink, or even enjoy a picnic on the large adjacent table and deck that connects to the home.

As if “Anna Maria Cottage” wasn’t good enough, it has other amenities that you’re sure to enjoy. Bikes, bocce ball, paddle ball, and beach chairs are yours to use during your stay on Anna Maria Island.

During your stay at this lovely island cottage, you’ll find yourself well positioned, this home has location as a great benefit as well. The city of Holmes Beach is just a short jaunt away, and the sights and shops of Pine Ave are only a few minutes trip away as well. Take a trip to the crystal sands and blue waters or visit the restaurants and boutiques that are famed on the island. Dine, unwind, and enjoy island time like the locals!

***Please note: parking for Anna Maria Cottage is located in the rear of the property. To access the parking area and the garage, you must drive one street North of Magnolia Avenue to Spring Lane. Spring Lane is across the street from Harry’s Bar and Grill, just right after the Sandbar paid parking lot on the left. While driving down Spring Lane you will pass by a white fence, afterwards you will see our company sign and the back entrance of Anna Maria Cottage to your left. Here, you can conveniently park 4 cars as well as utilize the one car garage.***

This dog-friendly property allows up to 2 dogs, with a weight limit of 70lbs each.  Pet Fee $250/pet Plus Tax.

Please be sure to obey all traffic laws and be sure you are parking in a permitted area if parking on the streets. If you park in a non-parking zone or against traffic, you will be ticketed.
