The main living space is a nice open floor plan great for gathering with friends and family. The living room has a flat screen television, a Queen Sleeper Sofa and plenty of comfortable seats for relaxing. Kick up your feet and enjoy wireless internet too. The kitchen comes with all the basics for preparing meals with enough room at the dinner table to seat everyone. You’ll find a washer/dryer unit in the kitchen along with all the bedding and towels your stay will require.
The Master bedroom offers a king bed and ensuite bathroom with a beautifully tiled shower. The second bedroom offers a Queen with premium linens. Both of the bedrooms have HD televisions. There is a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room enabling this beach rental to comfortably sleep 6. The second bathroom at “Appletini” also offers a custom tiled walk-in shower. Four years in a row!
This was my fourth year to rent Appletini. It is a great property. Island Real Estate is so easy to work with if I had any questions or needed something fixed. Stephanie always got right back to me. I enjoyed working with Stephanie and Island Real Estate.

Just what we needed!
The rental was absolutely perfect. In every way it created a very nice relaxed, user-friendly environment. I would definitely recommend and I would definitely stay again at this home. Wonderful place to stay absolutely relaxing exactly what my husband and I were looking for.
