What size dogs do you allow in your pet friendly rentals?
Our Anna Maria Island Vacation Rentals that allow dogs are less than 25 lbs or more than 25 lbs. Most Anna Maria Island rentals have a maximum two dog limit but be sure to discuss with our vacation rental specialist if you have a special request. We would love to help!
Are there pet friendly beaches on Anna Maria Island?
Unfortunately there are no pet friendly beaches on Anna Maria Island. The closest pet friendly beach to Anna Maria Island is along our causeway which is on Manatee Avenue or State route 64. This is one of two main arteries that travel East to Anna Maria Island from Bradenton, Florida. However, there is a pet friendly park in Holmes Beach.
How many dogs do you allow in each pet friendly rental?
All vacation rentals that allow dogs allow at least one and several allow two however if requiring 3 or more dogs it is best to call our Anna Maria Island Vacation specialist and check which owners would consider more dogs than usual.
Is there a refundable or non-refundable fee for bringing my pet?
We have a $250 non refundable fee per pet. This is to cover the owners wear and tear as well as perform extra cleaning at the time of your departure. If there is damage found due to your pet beyond normal wear and tear we will require additional funds to pay for the pet damage.
