Heaven On Earth. WestBay Point & Moorings is the most peaceful part of the Island featuring spacious beautifully landscaped grounds with pool, hot-tub, tennis/pickleball courts, fishing pier/boat slips, kayak racks/launch, barbecue area, and more. Next to WestBay are the Town's public amenities including boat ramp, tennis courts, pickleball courts, playground, outdoor fitness center, large and small dog parks, basketball court, ballpark, skateboard park, shuffleboard, and community park. Beautiful beaches, restaurants, and shops are a short walk or bicycle-ride away. The island is friendly to bicycles and low speed vehicles (street golfcarts). The condo is in very good condition with new tile flooring in the bedrooms and bathrooms, newer hurricane windows and front door, an open floor plan from the kitchen through the dining, living room and Florida room, new 4-door stainless refrigerator, new stainless range, and Bosch dishwasher. The views from the condo are green and lush including a peak of the water. The pool and tennis court are right out the back patio sliders. The unit sits more than 10 feet above sea level. In addition to common area parking, a carport is included (less than half of the condos have carports). The Homeowner's Association has an excellent Board with an amazing property manager. The community is very friendly.
