The kitchen has granite countertops and there is a separate tiled dining area with a glass table, that seats up to six. There is also seating in the kitchen at a granite counter. The living room has comfortable, large couch with an entertainment unit. The condo has a lanai overlooking lovely tropical gardens. In unit washer/dryer. Nearby is a convenient grocery store, great restaurants, museums, galleries, marinas and shops at St. Armand's Circle. One covered parking space is provided, with plenty of guest parking spaces.
