Back on market! This is a great value! One of the best views on the island! Awesome bay views from this top floor direct bay front unit! Sunbow Bay is one of the island's hidden gems. The back of the complex is a waterfront oasis with beautiful grounds, a long fishing pier on the bay with places to dock a boat for the day and 4 kayak launches. There are two community pools, tennis courts, pickle ball, under building parking and inside storage cages for each condo. 3805 is the only building with a fitness room, meeting/party room, room for inside storage of bikes, workshop with shelf for each resident to keep materials, a kayak rack under building. Beach is just a couple blocks away. Outside grill available. Close to Publix, shops, restaurants, etc. Take the elevator to the top floor (2nd above parking garage). This condo is a spacious 2BR/2BA that has an updated kitchen with beautiful maple cabinets, several pull out drawers (even under sink) & pantry, lazy Susan. The stove vents outside (maybe only one that does). Granite counters and pass through window. Kitchen sink was moved in front of pass through so you can see the bay while using the sink. There is room in the kitchen for dinette set. Kitchen faucet just replaced and dishwasher will be soon with stainless steel. Several residents have added washer & dryer in the units. There is a community laundry room too. Great room has light wood (oak) floors and beamed ceiling (no popcorn anymore on ceilings). The porch opens to great room and master bedroom. Master bedroom has large walk in closet, master bath has walk in shower, bidet and pedestal sink (could easily be changed to larger vanity) and cedar ceiling. Master toilet was just refurbished plus has new seat. Guest bedroom at opposite end of condo (split design). Guest bath has tub and shower plus a beautiful cedar ceiling & recessed lighting. This condo has all cement beneath the bathroom shower tiles. Very well built. Windows have been replaced (non-impact) since original and there are hurricane shutters. A/C recently serviced, but older. Professional inside pictures will be taken after seller moves some things out and professional cleaners have been in. This unit should be worth $700-750,000 if updated with today's upgrades & colors, in my opinion. Seller has been unable to make changes he wanted to before putting on market, but at this price it is a STEAL AS IS! You can change anything else, but this view is one in a million! Don't miss this!
