The park sits on the beautiful Manatee River, just a short boat ride to the Gulf of Mexico! Our amenities include our Pool, Rec Hall with Kitchen, billiard and ping pong tables, library, kayak launch, community fire pit, picnic area, and shuffleboard courts, just to mention a few. We are within walking distance to Walmart, grocery stores, restaurants, post office doctor's offices, and shopping. Best of all our HOA fees are only $160.00 a month and that includes water, sewer, garbage, and lawn care. Must pass a $50 background check and be park approved. No pets. Must own for 3 years to rent. This is a co-op property. Own a small fraction of the land. Pay real estate taxes. Very low HOA fees of $160 per month of which $10 is held for reserves. Not sailboat water. The max power boat is probably 23'.
