Originally from Rochester, NY, Larry received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. His previous leadership experience with General Motors, General Electric, and Precision Castparts Corporation has prepared him well for his position as first Vice President of Island Real Estate and since 2010 has owned Island Real Estate.
Larry has owned investment property on Anna Maria Island while living in Europe, as well as all along the East Coast of the United States as well as the Mid-West. This first hand experience gives him a fantastic understanding of all the concerns that are involved with the purchase and management of a second home, investment property as well as Anna Maria Island commercial property. This, coupled with running the vacation rental & real estate division of Island Real Estate, has provided the perfect background for aiding any Anna Maria Island Real Estate investment search. Larry’s resume abounds with continuing education and achievements. In 2009 Larry graduated from the Florida Realtor Leadership Academy, where he was one of only twelve Florida Real Estate professionals handpicked to attend the year long program. Since 2009 Larry has developed single family homes, constructed a large commercial building in Holmes Beach, extended Manatee County water and sewer utilities as well as developed a Gulf Front condominium project on Anna Maria Island.
