BG’s Bungalow is your quintessential “Key West style” home that is located on the beautiful North End of Anna Maria Island where guests can enjoy the world-renowned beaches that are just across the street! This home offers guests a true island-experience with its tall ceilings, beachy decor, and amount of outdoor space. This bedroom has 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, a bonus sleeping space and can accommodate up to 8 guests.

You will instantly be greeted by a quaint and relaxing front porch with a white picket fence. Step through the front door of this home and you will be greeted by beachy furnishings and a newly renovated kitchen with all stainless-steel appliances. The open living area, kitchen counter seating, and dining table allows you and your guests to easily relax and catch up after your long beach day.

Stroll through the French Doors off the living room and find yourself in paradise with the pool, seating table for 4, lounge chairs, outdoor shower, and a screened-in outdoor kitchen area. The spacious deck area of the outside is great for spending your days living like a true islander! The screened in area off the pool contains another seating table for 4, a propane grill, a sink and countertop with storage options, as well as a flat-screen TV.

The downstairs of this home has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, including the oversized master bedroom and bathroom as well as the washer and dryer right off the kitchen. The master bedroom has direct access to the downstairs porch – perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The master bathroom has an attached large walk-in closet as well.

The upstairs of this home has 1 bedroom and one bonus sleeping space with 4 single built-in beds that will share one the fourth bathroom – offering a unique and fun option for guests! Each bedroom does have its own flat screen TV and the bunk bed room has direct access to the porch where you can enjoy the beautiful sunset views.

This property is a short drive away from Rod N Reel Pier, City Pier, and Pine Avenue where you will find an array of dining and shopping options including The Waterfront Restaurant, Poppo’s Taqueria, and The Donut Experiment. The free island trolley is easily accessible from Pine Avenue and allows visitors to explore the entire island with it stopping at Coquina Beach.

Please be sure to obey all traffic laws and be sure you are parking in a permitted area if parking on the streets. If you park in a non-parking zone or against traffic, you will be ticketed.

Anna Maria Island’s noise ordinance aims to ensure citizens can enjoy a peaceful environment. The ordinance applies to all areas of the city, including public and private property, and places of business. It defines noise as any sound that annoys or disturbs a reasonable person of ordinary sensibilities or causes or tends to cause an adverse physical or psychological effect on such reasonable person. The noise ordinance limits the maximum permissible noise levels to:

7 AM–10 PM: 65 decibels: (Consistently shouting in the pool exceeds 65 decibels)

10 PM–7 AM: 50 decibels: (An audible conversation from 50’ or 15 meters away exceeds 50 decibels)

The ordinance also prohibits plainly audible noise, which refers to any sound that can be clearly heard by a person using their normal hearing faculties. This means that a person can still be in violation if the noise can be easily heard by responding officers from a distance of 100 feet from the property line. Fines for excessive noise can range from $100 to $1,000.
