Inside “Dodt House” units 1, 2, and 3 you’ll find a fun and sophisticated beach bungalow feel with gorgeous tile flooring and an open floor plan great for entertaining. The kitchen is equipped with everything you are accustomed to having at home including gorgeous countertops, brand new appliances and a dishwasher. There is a formal dining area seating eight guests, and informal dining areas for smaller groups in the two ground level suites. In the living rooms there is comfortable seating, wireless internet and flat screen television. Enjoy a beautiful view of the beach from the living room and formal dining area.
 
The bedrooms at this Anna Maria vacation rental are well suited for twelve guests with two king beds, three queen beds, a twin over a full bunk bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Each of the bedrooms offer flat screen televisions and premium quality linens. “Dodt House” units 1, 2, and 3 are equipped with both bath and beach towels in addition to a washer and dryer to keep everything feeling fresh during your visit. Two of the bathrooms in this home offer walk in showers.

Anna Maria Island’s noise ordinance aims to ensure citizens can enjoy a peaceful environment. The ordinance applies to all areas of the city, including public and private property, and places of business. It defines noise as any sound that annoys or disturbs a reasonable person of ordinary sensibilities or causes or tends to cause an adverse physical or psychological effect on such reasonable person. The noise ordinance limits the maximum permissible noise levels to:

7 AM–10 PM: 65 decibels: (Consistently shouting in the pool exceeds 65 decibels)

10 PM–7 AM: 50 decibels: (An audible conversation from 50’ or 15 meters away exceeds 50 decibels)

The ordinance also prohibits plainly audible noise, which refers to any sound that can be clearly heard by a person using their normal hearing faculties. This means that a person can still be in violation if the noise can be easily heard by responding officers from a distance of 100 feet from the property line. Fines for excessive noise can range from $100 to $1,000.

**The only umbrella that can go in the pool (sun shelf ) is the umbrella with the white pole. It takes two people to open. There are 2 other white umbrellas on the property but those poles are dark metal and they CAN'T go in the pool or they will rust**

**Only ALL Plastic Chairs can sit in the pool on the sun shelf: 2 white lounge chairs and a few blue plastic folding seats. If the blue chairs aren't opened up all the way, they will break. If any other chairs go in the pool, they will cause rust marks**
