“EverLasting Sunsets B” is the perfect Anna Maria Island beach rental for a relaxed Florida getaway. When you arrive at this unit you’ll be greeted with a lush tropical landscaping letting you know your vacation has begun!

During your visit you’ll be less than a block from the Gulf of Mexico beaches and endless Florida sunshine! This duplex is in one of the island’s most sought after areas in the city of Holmes Beach near the more secluded beach access at the 5600 block of Gulf Drive.

This two bedroom unit comfortably sleeps four guests with one king bed, and one queen bed. You’ll find flat screen smart televisions using ROKU TV throughout the property. You’ll find premium quality linens for all the beds along with beach and bath towels. The updated bathrooms have tub/shower combo.

The living room has an updated style and plenty of furniture for a spot to unwind while you enjoy the flat screen television and wireless internet. Throughout this Anna Maria vacation rental you’ll find beachy decor with tranquil accents. The kitchen has all the basics for preparing meals including a dishwasher and a dining area for all four guests. There is a full size washer and dryer tucked into the kitchen closet too.

One of the nicest features of this property is the large, shared, heated pool. The pool is shared with the other unit of this duplex “EverLasting Sunsets A”. In the backyard pool area you will find lounge chairs, tables and a propane grill. The backyard is surrounded with a privacy fence and lovely Florida landscaping. This quaint duplex has a cozy front porch with a ceiling fan.

There are two driveway parking spots available. During your stay be sure to head over to Pine Avenue for shopping, dining and sightseeing on the historic Anna Maria City Pier.
