As you arrive, you'll notice the cottage's unique shape, spacious driveway, and tropical landscaping. Step inside to find a welcoming common area with a dining room, a stunning granite kitchen with stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar, and a bright living room with sliding glass doors to the backyard.

• Second Bedroom (Main Level): King bed
• Third Bedroom (Upper Level): Queen bed
• Fourth Bedroom (Upper Level): Twin bunkbed (2 Twins)
  
• Living Area: Full sleeper sofa

Bathrooms include walk-in showers, a shower/tub combo, and a half bath on the main level.

Policies:

• 7-night minimum stay
• Maximum occupancy: 8 guests

Noise Ordinance (Anna Maria Island):

• 7 AM–10 PM: Max 65 decibels
• 10 PM–7 AM: Max 50 decibels

Violations can result in fines ($100–$1,000). Any plainly audible noise from 100 ft may be a violation.
