This is a great spot for entertaining a group! The kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher along with granite counters and tile backsplash. You’ll find all the basics of home in this kitchen. The dining room seats eight guests, and the breakfast counter seats four. The living room has plenty of seats for relaxing while watching the flat screen television with DVD player. “Hop, Skip and a Beach” is also equipped with wireless internet throughout!
 
The Master bedroom offers a king bed, flat screen television, balcony access and a master bath. The master bath has a walk-in shower. The second guest room has a queen bed and flat screen television. The third guest room is perfect for kids or adults with a full over queen bunkbed. and fourth guest room has a king and is located on the main living level. This Anna Maria City rental does offer a third full bathroom with a custom tiled shower just off the kitchen for added guest convenience.

Off the living room you’ll love sitting on the balcony overlooking the pool area. Take the stairs from the balcony into the backyard for your own private oasis. In the backyard you’ll enjoy the heated pool and spa along with lush landscape. Relax in the sun poolside, or catch some shade in the covered seating area. The propane grill is perfect for those who love to grill out too!

Anna Maria Island’s noise ordinance aims to ensure citizens can enjoy a peaceful environment. The ordinance applies to all areas of the city, including public and private property, and places of business. It defines noise as any sound that annoys or disturbs a reasonable person of ordinary sensibilities or causes or tends to cause an adverse physical or psychological effect on such reasonable person. The noise ordinance limits the maximum permissible noise levels to:

7 AM–10 PM: 65 decibels: (Consistently shouting in the pool exceeds 65 decibels)

10 PM–7 AM: 50 decibels: (An audible conversation from 50’ or 15 meters away exceeds 50 decibels)

The ordinance also prohibits plainly audible noise, which refers to any sound that can be clearly heard by a person using their normal hearing faculties. This means that a person can still be in violation if the noise can be easily heard by responding officers from a distance of 100 feet from the property line. Fines for excessive noise can range from $100 to $1,000.
