Anna Maria Island’s noise ordinance aims to ensure citizens can enjoy a peaceful environment. The ordinance applies to all areas of the city, including public and private property, and places of business. It defines noise as any sound that annoys or disturbs a reasonable person of ordinary sensibilities or causes or tends to cause an adverse physical or psychological effect on such reasonable person. The noise ordinance limits the maximum permissible noise levels to:
7 AM–10 PM: 65 decibels: (Consistently shouting in the pool exceeds 65 decibels)
10 PM–7 AM: 50 decibels: (An audible conversation from 50’ or 15 meters away exceeds 50 decibels)
The ordinance also prohibits plainly audible noise, which refers to any sound that can be clearly heard by a person using their normal hearing faculties. This means that a person can still be in violation if the noise can be easily heard by responding officers from a distance of 100 feet from the property line. Fines for excessive noise can range from $100 to $1,000.

So this is a great house for a multitude of reasons… It’s a three bedroom, 3 bathroom home with large bedrooms that will accommodate a family or a few people traveling together… and all have a terrace too! The location is literally a three minute walk to a beautiful uncrowded beach. You are minutes away from several restaurants, and it’s very peaceful! All rooms are bathed in beautiful sunlight!! The kitchen is spacious with a breakfast bar, the bathrooms are large and lovely, and the pool obviously is a great thing to come home to at the end of the day! We loved the pool, the location near the beach, the large living space, the cleanliness of the large home. There are plenty of kitchen utensils, but there were no 9x13 baking dishes, nor mixing bowls. I wanted to bake a cake and some brownies, so I bought throw away tin-pans at the grocery. Great Beach Vacation Rental

Great way to stay!
House was great. It was clean and everything was as advertised in the description. The 5 minute walk to the beach was awesome. The second night we were there we discovered the oven wasn’t working. I contacted management and told them how we were trying to cook some frozen pizza and found the stove not working. They contacted maintenance immediately, and in the meantime went ahead and ordered us pizza. They were so nice to deal with. I will definitely use them again. *Disclosure: review provided 02/03/21*
