“Pirate’s Cove” is a great island oasis to enjoy during your stay, the perfect cove for your vacation getaway. One of the only "Any Day" arrival properties on the island.

This elevated home is built for family vacations, as it has the room to allow for a relaxing vacation giving everyone their space. “Pirate’s Cove” has an extensive layout, with multiple bedrooms split between two separate floors. The 7 bedrooms and 7 and a half baths help to ensure that everyone has their privacy. Each of these rooms are decorated with splendid island décor, showcasing island living. Relax and lounge in one of the many king-sized beds or step out onto the balcony to take in views of the beach or canal. Walk-in showers are also en-suite, giving each room a further sense of privacy. There’s even a roof top deck, allowing you to take in even more beach and bay views.

During your stay at “Pirate’s Cove” you will be hard pressed to leave the splendid home, as it’s equipped to handle your needs. The full kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, the only thing missing is a personal chef. Or make use of the outdoor grill to cook up a fresh catch, or to celebrate your stay the island way. Enjoy your meals on one of the balcony floors, or the roof top deck while taking in the sights of Bradenton Beach. This family-friendly oasis also has a private pool and spa. Go for a relaxing dip, or lounge deck side and bask in the island sun.

“Pirate’s Cove” not only has the space and the amenities to make your stay on Anna Maria Island memorable, it also has the location. Your stay will place you in Bradenton Beach, and not far from all the best spots. The white sands and gulf waters of Gulf Of Mexico beach are just 5 mins away! Spend your days having fun in the sun and spend your nights on Historic Bridge Street. Enjoy local music, food, and beachy nights. Your also close to mini golf and shopping! The rest of the island is yours to explore as well. Venture out to explore more of what Anna Maria Island has to offer. The public beaches of Holmes Beach are a nice stop, and make sure to visit Pine Ave in Anna Maria city to enjoy more local restaurants and shopping. Take a trip to Bean Point, a famous and serene location.

35’ Private Dock that fits up to a 26’ boat. IMPORTANT NOTE! Due to tide fluctuations the draft of the boat is an important consideration when reserving this property.  NOT all types of boats will work well during low tide.  The water line can range from 3” to 36” based on high and low tides.  If tidal flow is a noted concern, your planned boat requires significant draft, or the captain of the boat has limited experience navigating high and low tidal artificial waterways/tributaries, then we suggest a vacation rental that provides for more significant water depths.  Here is more general information on tidal flow from noaa.gov: https://tidesandcurrents.noaa.gov/ Please plan according to your boats draft and tides when docking your boat at this property. Anna Maria Island’s noise ordinance aims to ensure citizens can enjoy a peaceful environment. The ordinance applies to all areas of the city, including public and private property, and places of business. It defines noise as any sound that annoys or disturbs a reasonable person of ordinary sensibilities or causes or tends to cause an adverse physical or psychological effect on such reasonable person. The noise ordinance limits the maximum permissible noise levels to:

7 AM–10 PM: 65 decibels: (Consistently shouting in the pool exceeds 65 decibels)

10 PM–7 AM: 50 decibels: (An audible conversation from 50’ or 15 meters away exceeds 50 decibels)

The ordinance also prohibits plainly audible noise, which refers to any sound that can be clearly heard by a person using their normal hearing faculties. This means that a person can still be in violation if the noise can be easily heard by responding officers from a distance of 100 feet from the property line. Fines for excessive noise can range from $100 to $1,000.
