Everyone has space to sprawl out and relax in paradise at the Salt Shack.

You will fall in love with the private pool at the Salt Shack. Featuring new lush landscaping, a heated pool and comfortable furnishings. You can’t help but relax in this tropical setting. Enjoy the pool’s sun shelf by sitting under an umbrella while wild parrots fly overhead.

The master suit offers a king bed, French doors leading to a private paved patio area and a bathroom with a gorgeous tiled walk in shower.



The kitchen, dining area and living room have an open floor plan perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless appliances including a dish washer. The cute dining area accommodates everyone comfortably for a family style sit down meal. Leave your vehicles (or boat trailer) in one of the five available parking spots at the Salt Shack and stroll over to the free trolley stop for a stress free way to adventure around the island. The free trolley runs about every 20 minutes and can take you just about anywhere you’d like to go on the Island. If you prefer, feel free to use one of the bicycles provided with your stay.

During your stay please take full advantage of any of the beach supplies in the storage area. Enjoy an early morning ride on the paddle board or haul your cooler on the beach wagon!

The Salt Shack is in a great location! Only 250 steps from Publix Super Market and situated in very close walking distance of several restaurants, bars, shops, equipment rentals, Walgreens pharmacy and liquor store.

Our property now has keypad entry so there is no need to stop by the management company’s office to pick up or drop off keys! Walk to breakfast or hit the beach keyless!!

Anna Maria Island’s noise ordinance aims to ensure citizens can enjoy a peaceful environment. The ordinance applies to all areas of the city, including public and private property, and places of business. It defines noise as any sound that annoys or disturbs a reasonable person of ordinary sensibilities or causes or tends to cause an adverse physical or psychological effect on such reasonable person. The noise ordinance limits the maximum permissible noise levels to:

7 AM–10 PM: 65 decibels: (Consistently shouting in the pool exceeds 65 decibels)

10 PM–7 AM: 50 decibels: (An audible conversation from 50’ or 15 meters away exceeds 50 decibels)

The ordinance also prohibits plainly audible noise, which refers to any sound that can be clearly heard by a person using their normal hearing faculties. This means that a person can still be in violation if the noise can be easily heard by responding officers from a distance of 100 feet from the property line. Fines for excessive noise can range from $100 to $1,000.
