In the updated kitchen you’ll find gorgeous granite countertops along with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher and breakfast bar seating for three. There is also and eat in kitchen area to seat 6 perfect for a family breakfast before hitting the beach. The formal dining room also seats six guests perfect for entertaining. Relax in the main living space next to the kitchen where you’ll find comfortable seating, and flat screen television.
This Anna Maria Island vacation rental offers a tropical backyard with propane barbecue grill, outdoor covered dining area, and a boat dock. The boat dock will have water run to it after the pool is complete.
Back inside "Sand Dollar Dream" you’ll find four comfortable bedrooms offering a king bed, two queen beds and a set of twin bunk beds. Two of the four bedrooms on opposite ends of the house have access tot he screened balcony through sliding glass doors. Enjoy the split floor plan with two bedrooms on each side of the main living space, and each bedroom has a flat-screen TV. There is a beautifully updated full bathroom just outside of the two guest queen rooms with a tub shower combo. Also in that hallway is your laundry room with full size washer and dryer with bins for storage during your retreat.

Amazing house
Absolutely loved everything about this house! The decor is beachy and beautiful. It was very clean. The screened in porch area was great. The pool area was full sun which was amazing. We’ve rented a lot of houses on the island and this one by far is one of our favorites. It’s great walking distance to all the restaurants and shops on pine street and also the beach. The house was fully stocked with cookware and dishes and Tupperware. There was a lot of nice outdoor furniture around the pool area and on the top porch. The house was great for thanksgiving very open concept. Also loved having a second fridge down by the pool for drinks. We had a great time and I would definitely recommend this house. I’ve also rented a lot of houses where the owners put a cap on the heater for the pool and hot tub to where the hot tub never gets warm enough or the pool and this was not the case here.
