Jennifer and her husband Larry have been the owners of Island Real Estate since 2009.  Jennifer, Larry and their son moved to Anna Maria Island island in 2005.  A few years later they added a second son who is an island baby. Jennifer and Larry have developed multiple Anna Maria Island properties together.  Jennifer is personally experienced in all facets of residential construction; demolition, remodels, pool builds as well as single family construction projects. Jennifer helped Larry oversee the commercial construction of almost a 10,000 square foot Holmes Beach commercial building as well as recently developing a direct Gulf Front 10,000+ square foot condominium.  Jennifer has owned and operated Annual rentals, Seasonal rentals and Commercial rentals on Anna Maria Island.

Jennifer has her Associates degree in applied science in Veterinary medicine and has actively fostered dogs to assist in helping them find their forever homes.  Although Jennifer is not in the veterinary field anymore, her love of animals is still strong.
