About an hour from Anna Maria Island in East Bradenton is a wonderful winery called Manasota Vineyards.
Wine Tasting & Tours
Manasota Vineyards offers tours, wine tasting, and a lovely pavilion area where they host weddings and other events.
The tours they offer include a $12.50 tour where you get to stroll through the vineyards, see how the winery operates, and taste wine. Then there is the $25.00 tour which includes everything the $12.50 tour offers, PLUS a lovely lunch in their pavilion.
Manasota Vineyards also hosts different events throughout the year, like their Murder Mystery Dinner & Show. Unfortunately due to COVID-19, events have been canceled for the rest of 2020. While events may be off for the time being, you can always come out during business hours for a tour/tasting, or support this local small business by purchasing some of their wine. They produce 6 - 10 different wines yearly.

Manasota Vinyards is located in East Bradenton, about 50 minutes from the Island.
Some other great Bradenton attractions include; The Bishop Museum of Science and Nature, and Mixon Fruit Farms.
