Island Real Estate has been active in the Anna Maria Island community since 1970. Originally the office located at 6101 Marina Drive, Holmes Beach was known in the 1970’s as Hendrick’s real estate. In the early 1990’s the 6101 Real Estate and Vacation rental office was changed to Island Real Estate where it has resided ever since. In 2011 Betsy Hills Real Estate was acquired and consolidated into Island Real Estate.
