Those meals can be enjoyed on the luxurious screened in lanai.
In those moments where you aren’t unwinding in the island home, make use of its fun amenities. There is a newly built pool for you to enjoy a relaxing swim, or to lounge beside while you bask in the island sun. Feel like golfing? Look no further as this home has a 5-hole putting green. You can even challenge your family and friends to a game of foosball, or a match of connect four on an oversized board!
As fabulous as the home is, its location is also something to be enjoyed. During your stay on the north end of Anna Maria Island you will be placed near various beaches and sights. Take a trip down Pine Ave, where you can sample local restaurants and pick up souvenirs from local boutiques. The historic Rod and Reel Pier is only 4-minutes away, as well as the Bay beaches where you can enjoy crystal sands and lovely views. Take a trip to the famous Bean Pointe, certainly a sight worth seeing while you live your life on island time. The rest of Anna Maria Island is yours to explore as well. Rent a golf cart, and cruise the length of the island. Visit the gulf beaches of Holmes Beach, or go further south to Bradenton Beach to stop at the Historic Bridge Street. With some many options, there is something for everyone in your party to enjoy!

Please be sure to obey all traffic laws and be sure you are parking in a permitted area if parking on the streets. If you park in a non-parking zone or against traffic, you will be ticketed.
Anna Maria Island’s noise ordinance aims to ensure citizens can enjoy a peaceful environment. The ordinance applies to all areas of the city, including public and private property, and places of business. It defines noise as any sound that annoys or disturbs a reasonable person of ordinary sensibilities or causes or tends to cause an adverse physical or psychological effect on such reasonable person. The noise ordinance limits the maximum permissible noise levels to:
7 AM–10 PM: 65 decibels: (Consistently shouting in the pool exceeds 65 decibels)
10 PM–7 AM: 50 decibels: (An audible conversation from 50’ or 15 meters away exceeds 50 decibels)
The ordinance also prohibits plainly audible noise, which refers to any sound that can be clearly heard by a person using their normal hearing faculties. This means that a person can still be in violation if the noise can be easily heard by responding officers from a distance of 100 feet from the property line. Fines for excessive noise can range from $100 to $1,000.
