The large open floor consisting of the kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances, large dining room and living room offers a perfect gathering spot for family and friends.  The large dining room table and breakfast bar offers more than enough space for enjoying meals together.  The comfy living room offers a great spot to sit back and relax after a long day at the beach and listen to a favorite CD, watch the game or movie on the large screen TV with service from HULU.  The home is equipped with wireless internet and unlimited long distance telephone to the US and Canada.

Good news this lovely home is also PET FRIENDLY with a fully fenced back yard and pool area without a cage.  Once you stay you will want to come back year after year.

621 Emerald Lane has a 30 night minimum stay requirement making it perfect for an extended vacation on Anna Maria Island.   By the way our office offers a covid friendly cancellation policy.
