When you enter the home, you’ll be greeted with a bright and airy main level, just upstairs you’ll find a dining area and open living space beneath the cover of vaulted ceilings. This level includes a bedroom with a queen bed, as well as a bedroom with four twins beds as bunk beds.

This Anna Maria Island home has plenty of lovely qualities such as granite countertops in the fully equipped kitchen, there’s even ceramic flooring. Feel free to enjoy the extras like a crockpot, blender, toaster, and a Keurig. This splendid kitchen leads into a gorgeous living area with sectional seating.  There’s even a balcony with a lovely view that overlooks the pool, where you can enjoy a vacation worthy beverage. On the third level you’ll find the Flip Flop Inn’s primary bedroom, a room fit for royalty. This king bedroom has a lounging area, where you can use the sofa to watch the 43’ flat-panel TV. Few things are more relaxing than soothing bath, you can enjoy one in the master-bath’s garden tub. On this level, just off the bedroom, you’ll also find an extra TV room with a futon to accommodate one of your guests.

The grounds are just beautiful as the home itself. Right outside is your own private oasis and patio. Feel free to lounge outside by the shaded poolside area. Grill up some of your favorite food poolside on the home’s propane grill. There’s even more fun outside beside your pool paradise, including an outdoor wet bar, mini-fridge, and a full bathroom with a shower. Feel like playing a game of basketball? There’s a Pop-o-Shot game for you to enjoy, if you’re up for the challenge. The garage is stocked with beach chairs and a wagon, a pop-o-shot basketball game and there is an outdoor shower to wash the sand off before hopping in the pool. The garage has room for 2 cars, and there are 2 additional parking spaces in front of the house.

Location means a lot on Anna Maria Island, and an ideal location is something that Flip Flop Inn has. During your stay you’ll find yourself just one and a half blocks away from the white sand beaches and a sunset worthy of paradise. With the home being located within the city of Holmes Beach, where you’ll find plenty to enjoy. Go shopping for souvenirs at local boutiques or enjoy local cuisine at one of the island’s many fine restaurants. When you’re finished taking in everything that the island has to offer, the beach awaits!

Anna Maria Island’s noise ordinance aims to ensure citizens can enjoy a peaceful environment. The ordinance applies to all areas of the city, including public and private property, and places of business. It defines noise as any sound that annoys or disturbs a reasonable person of ordinary sensibilities or causes or tends to cause an adverse physical or psychological effect on such reasonable person. The noise ordinance limits the maximum permissible noise levels to:

7 AM–10 PM: 65 decibels: (Consistently shouting in the pool exceeds 65 decibels)

10 PM–7 AM: 50 decibels: (An audible conversation from 50’ or 15 meters away exceeds 50 decibels)

The ordinance also prohibits plainly audible noise, which refers to any sound that can be clearly heard by a person using their normal hearing faculties. This means that a person can still be in violation if the noise can be easily heard by responding officers from a distance of 100 feet from the property line. Fines for excessive noise can range from $100 to $1,000.
