DISCLOSURE!!: There is currently an ongoing disagreement regarding the beach access path on 78th Street. In the meantime, we ask that you use the beach access trail that is located on 77th street, directly behind the home you will be staying in.

For this you will need to walk down 78^th Street to reach Gulf Dr. Using Gulf Dr make your way towards 77^th Street, which you can use to access the beach. Crossing through the side yard to access 77th Street is not allowed. Once this is resolved, we will update accordingly.


Ready to fall head over heels? Look no further than “Flirty Flamingo”, an enchanting vintage style Florida cottage that’s only ONE HOUSE FROM THE BEACH! During your vacation be sure to take advantage of the various amenities and fantastic location. Perfect for tackling a vacation list of “to dos”.

This cozy cottage is adorable, with comfortable décor and fun decorative items. Note that, while the floors may appear a bit dated or even worn the owner will be rebuilding the entire house within the year. This 2-bedroom 2 bath home easily sleeps up to four guests, as the master bedroom has a queen bed, and in the second bedroom you’ll find two twin beds. Each bed is made with premium quality linen, which you can launder with the in-property washer and dryer.

When you arrive at this island home one of the first things you’ll notice, besides its closeness to Gulf of Mexico beaches, is its cheery pink exterior. Located in the heart of Holmes Beach, and near the end of a quiet dead-end street, “Flirty Flamingo” is the ideal place to spend your island vacation. Here you can appreciate what the island has to offer, as just a short walk away is Gulf of Mexico seas and shores. Spend some time shelling on the beach or rent some beach gear to have fun in the water!

This home has other draws as well. The open floor plan gives plenty of space to relax in the living room. Watch your favorite shows and movies or do a little vacation shopping and web surfing while using the WIFI. The nook-style kitchen has the appliances and equipment you need to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner so there is no need to go out for a meal. The dining area seats four.  “Flirty Flamingo”, with it's tropical hues and agreeable style, certainly offers several ways to unwind.

During your visit you’ll have access to all that Holmes Beach has to offer, but don’t forget to visit other parts of Anna Maria Island as well. Go north to visit the city of Anna Maria. There you’ll find Pine Avenue, where dining and shopping boutiques await. Make sure to take a trip to the Historic Rod and Reel Pier as well or drive a bit further north to experience Bean Point Beach.

South on the island is the city of Bradenton Beach, where island night life is in full swing. More island food can be found there, as well as live music, and even mini golf. Take a walk around Bridge Street to get a taste of local island life. Drive, or make use of the FREE trolley to explore this paradise known as Anna Maria Island.
