Part of the Haverkos on Holmes, a dog-friendly duplex, The Haven Unit 1 is a single bed single-bath, ground-level duplex that’s located in a peaceful residential area of Holmes Beach. Though still close enough to the restaurants and shopping so that you can experience what the island has to offer. Also, the beach isn’t too far away either!
As stated above dogs are allowed with a fee. Pet Fee $250/pet Plus Tax.
Also note that this property does not have central air, and instead it is cooled with window units and heated with space heaters during the colder months.
The Haven Unit 1 can sleep up to 4 guests, with a King-sized bed in the master bedroom and the living room offering a Queen-sized sleeper sofa. In the living room, you’ll find a large smart TV for all your streaming needs while you relax in comfort. This rental’s kitchen is equipped with the tools you’ll need to make home-cooked meals. Though the living room has a fireplace it isn’t available for use.
This island duplex also comes with free WiFi for you to use whether you are lounging around inside, or enjoying the tropical landscaping of the backyard oasis. The Haven Unit 1 share a heated pool with the other side of the duplex, Unit 2, but there is separation. So you can enjoy the pool and its island-style ambiance in peace.
When you aren’t enjoying everything that this wonderful Anna Maria Island rental feel free to take a trip to the beach. Some of Anna Maria Island’s finest beaches are just a short distance away. With just a 5-7 minute stroll you can reach the Gulf of Mexico beaches, where you can play in white sands and turquoise waters. While staying at The Haven unit 1 you’ll find yourself conveniently located close to various shops and restaurants in the city of Holmes Beach. So you can immerse yourself in the local scene and dine like an islander!
The outside pool area, although shared between the 2 units does offer separation. Unit 1 side offers 2 lounge chairs as well as an additional table to sit or eat at when enjoying the beautiful outdoors on Anna Maria Island.
Included at this property are bikes, beach chairs, a cooler, and a beach wagon for your convenience.
*This property is a duplex and the pool is shared with unit 2.
*There is a two-bedroom and 1 bath duplex right next door, that can be booked in conjunction with unit 1. With both properties, you will expand the entire property to a 3-bedroom and 2.5 bath tropical oasis for an extended family that will sleep up to 10. These two units DO NOT connect on the inside.
*Washer and dryer is available and shared between the two units.
