Guests are sure to take full advantage of all the outdoor, Florida lifestyle features! The conveniently located covered porch area with an outdoor kitchen. Keep your beverages cold on those hot Florida days with the outdoor refrigerator, located in the private bar area off the patio. Just steps off the patio there is a private heated pool for you and your guests to enjoy! A wonderful private swimming pool, outdoor seating, and outdoor shower make this a fabulous backyard. The gas grill is located here as well for a great BBQ night. The free standing hot tub is not for guest use...owner use only. Ample parking is available with the attached two car garage and off-street parking close to the home.
Don't forget to bring your furry family member. Spacious Oasis is dog friendly. There is a non-refundable fee of $250.00 plus tax per dog up to 25 lbs. The dog fee does not cover any damage caused by the dog.
Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
